Premium Choice Foodstuff Trading SPC is part of the Premium Choice group, which has served the foodservice industry in the UAE and the wider MENA region since 2014. Our UAE company is ISO 22000:2018 and HACCP certified, and supplies hotels, restaurants, airline caterers, and food businesses with quality food ingredients.

In 2026, we established our company in Muscat to bring the same quality, reliability, and service directly to food businesses in Oman.

What We Offer

We currently focus on two specialist product lines:

Ice Cream Powders: easy-to-use premixes for soft-serve and hard ice cream, giving consistent taste, texture, and overrun with every batch. Ideal for ice cream parlours, cafés, restaurants, and dessert outlets.

Broasted Spices & Breading Mixes: seasoning, marinade, and breading mixes that deliver the crispy coating and authentic flavour customers expect, batch after batch. Ideal for broasted chicken outlets, fried chicken restaurants, and QSR kitchens.
